The man who was killed when a vehicle struck him down at Camp Road and Young Street on Monday evening was yesterday identified as 56-year-old Michael Easton of 277 West Ruimveldt.
The man’s sister, Norma Easton, told Stabroek News that she last saw the man when he left their home on Monday around 14:00 hours. “After we miss he on Monday night and ain’t see he Tuesday, I was going to look for him today (Wednesday) and my husband call my phone and said he see an accident in the paper and the unidentified body deh at Lykens,” the woman explained.
