Lawrence Wayne who was shot in his upper body in the Friday night incident at the National Culture Centre tarmac where three persons were injured has been moved from the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to the male ward where he is said to be recovering well at the Balwant Singh Hospital, according to his relatives.
