Despite early showers, the Becian Star Federation recorded 318 points to be crowned the new champions of the second edition of the Goodwill Relay event held Sunday at the Eve Leary Sports Club ground.
The Calphays Federation, who won the tournament in 2010, was second with 297 points while Fecund, Excelsius and Salpah were third,
