A man arraigned on two counts of narcotics trafficking was yesterday remanded to prison after appearing before Magistrate Hazel Octave-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The allegation against Ian Chung is that on June 18 at Georgetown, he had in his possession 16 grams of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking. On the same day also, he is alleged to have had in his possession 220 grams
