Agricola resident Leyland Leo, charged with possession of a narcotic and ammunition, told a court on Monday that he was confronted about the items while on the toilet.
Leo, 40, of 68 Brutus Street, Agricola, East Bank Demerara was remanded to prison when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
