A man was yesterday sentenced to four years imprisonment after he was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving when he appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Albion Magistrate’ Court.
Ravin Veerapen, 25, of Fyrish village, state prosecutor Roberto Figueira had told the court, drove a vehicle in a dangerous manner on May 30, 2009, causing Ashnie Williams, 12, and Salim Mohamed, 54, to lose their lives.
