Attorney George Thomas yesterday made a no-case submission on behalf of his client, murder accused Sherwin Barnwell.
Thomas made the no-case submission when the trial resumed yesterday before Justice Franklyn Holder at the High Court.
The prosecution closed its case at the last hearing, but will have an opportunity to reply
