Cabinet Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon said Cabinet gave its no objection to nine contracts in the Housing and Water, Agriculture and Education sectors with a significant lot of it going to the rehabilitation of community roads in a number of Neighbourhood Democratic Councils across the country.
