Marlon Kennedy, a 37-year-old father of three, of Block ‘E’ Sophia, yesterday pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of narcotics when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton.
The charge stated that on July 5 at Georgetown, he had in his possession 5 grammes of cannabis.
