Two University of Guyana lecturers will pursue advanced studies in the United Kingdom from September this year as part of the package they were awarded under the 2012 Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan.
Michelle Semple-McBean, Lecturer in the Department of Foundation and Education Management, School of Education and Humanities, has been awarded a scholarship, while Dr Thomas Singh of the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences received the Academic Fellowship award.
