A man accused of brandishing a cutlass in his mother-in-law’s face was yesterday placed on $10,000 bail when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The allegation against Wayne Williams, 39, is that on July 17 at Georgetown, he used threatening behaviour towards Desiree Narine, thereby resulting in a breach of the peace. Initially, Williams pleaded guilty to the charge
