A plumber accused of throwing a missile was on Wednesday placed on $10,000 bail when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
Twenty-year-old Andrew Webster, of 665 East Ruimveldt, pleaded not guilty to the charge
