The Aircraft Owners Association of Guyana (AOAG) says that Liat Airlines Line Engineer Dorian Nicholas has been announced as the 2012 scholarship winner to the Airworthiness course conducted by the International Federation of Airworthiness (IFA) in London.
According to a press release from Public Communications Consultants Limited, in December, Nicholas graduated from the Art Williams and Harry Wendt Aeronautical Engineering School with a maintenance engineer’s licence. The School is operated by the AOAG and is headed by Captain Malcolm Chan-a-Sue,
