Gandhi Youth Organization (GYO) yesterday easily defeated a depleted Ace Warriors side on home turf by 153 runs and there were wins as well for Malteenoes and Transports Sports Club `A’ on day three of the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) David Persaud Investments Cup Under-19 cricket tournament.
At the GYO ground, a 150-run opening partnership between Loakesh Persaud and Shivanand Roopnarine who each made 71 saw GYO to 258 all out in 43 overs.
