Inspired by a century from wicketkeeper Sunil Singh, Transport Sports Club `A’ team pulled off a narrow 20-run victory over the Gandhi Youth Organisation (GYO) when the Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA)’s David Persaud Investments Cup competition continued yesterday.
Singh, who opened the batting for Transport `A’ scored 130 out of his team’s total of 196 all out in 35 overs on the small GYO ground.
