Canada yesterday defeated the United States of America 26-19 in the final of the 2013 North America and the Caribbean Rugby Association World Cup Qualifiers at the Twin Elms Rugby Park, Ottawa, Canada.
Canada also won the women’s final defeating Trinidad and Tobago 46-0. Third place in the men’s competition went to Mexico which beat Jamaica 17-12 in their third and fourth place play-off.
