The driver involved in the fatal hit-and-run accident at No. 10 Village, West Coast Berbice on Sunday night has been arrested and the victim was identified as Ganesh Persaud, 45, of No. 10 Village.
Reports are that Persaud, a labourer known as ‘Bruk-up’ or ‘Batman,’ was struck down around 8:30 pm
