Police have issued a wanted bulletin for Terry Andrew Joseph in relation to robbery under arms and piracy.
Joseph aka “Spanish Man” is suspected to be part of a gang which carried out a series of pirate attacks last weekend on fishermen in the Pomeroon River and the Waini in Region One.
The 28-year-old man is described as of mixed descent, 5’7” in height and his last address was given as Lot 6 Farm,
