The wife of a Brazilian miner was yesterday robbed at gunpoint of $1 million as she waited in a car at Church and Cummings streets for her husband to return from the market.
Edilivsa De Olivera and her husband had gone to the market and her husband left her in the vehicle. Soon after, a man approached her, pointing a gun to her and demanding that she hand over the bag which contained the money.
