The Guyanese born and bred Caribbean Boxing Federation (CABOFE) welterweight champion made the prophecy during an interview with Stabroek Sport.
Hardy recently broke into the World Boxing Council’s (WBC) world Top 40 ranking which is an outstanding achievement.
