The Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GT&T) yesterday launched its internet service for smartphones, including Android and Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices, partnering with three retailers to bring the mobile internet experience when there is no hotspot availability.
The launch took place at the GT&T’s BlackBerry store on Brickdam, with Starr Computers, Global Technology and Courts, the three retailers that have teamed with the telephone company on the new service.
