Retired Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Oscar Ernest Llewellyn Hamilton A.A, who served as the personal physician to late former President Desmond Hoyte and late former First Lady Joyce Hoyte, has died
Hamilton died on September 13, 2012, a week shy of his 85th birthday, according to the People’s National Congress Reform (PNCR), which said that he had a record of lifelong public service.
