On a night when young bodybuilding stars from Berbice showcased their talent, Alston Lancaster shone the brightest on Saturday, clinching two titles at the inaugural Flex Night Berbice Bodybuilding and Fitness Show at the Berbice High School.
Lancaster- of Windero Gym – copped the under 154-pound and overall titles in the Flex Night Berbice Show prior to the grand staging of the inaugural Flex Night International and Health & Fitness Expo
