-warrants issued for two others
A policeman was yesterday charged with the murder of 17-year-old Shaquille Grant, while arrest warrants were issued for two other lawmen who cannot be found.
Police Constable #14073 Terrence Wallace, one of the uniformed police officers alleged to have fatally shot Grant at Agricola, East Bank Demerara on September 11, was arraigned on the capital charge before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The Chief Magistrate also issued arrest warrants for Special Constable #14071 Jamal Lewis and Lance Corporal #18699 Warren Blue, who are also accused of Grant’s murder. The warrants were
