A former employee, who was accused of stealing almost $200,000 from the Survival Supermarket, yesterday changed her plea to guilty.
Savitri Ramnauth, 18, of Lot 3 Triumph, East Coat Demerara now awaits sentencing, pending a probation report to the court.
It was alleged that Ramnauth, being employed by Survival Supermarket, stole $198,342 from the place of employment. She had initially pleaded not guilty to the charge of larceny by
