The PPP/C yesterday celebrated 20 years since it was voted into government at the October 5, 1992 elections, which had been hailed then as marking the return of democracy. As part of commemoration activities, balloons in the shape of 20 were released on the lawns of the Red House. A range of other activities are planned up to October 28.
