President Donald Ramotar yesterday extended congratulations to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on his victory at the general elections on Sunday.
The President was quoted as saying in a press release that the government and people of Guyana join him in expressing sincere wishes to the Venezuelan president for even greater success in this term of office for which the people of Venezuela
