Justices Naresh Harnan, Sandra Kurtzious and Navindra Singh, Guyana’s newest appointed puisne judges, yesterday took their oaths before President Donald Ramotar to uphold the constitution in their new functions.
In a press release sent out yesterday, GINA stated that President Ramotar, making remarks at the ceremony, said he is of the opinion that these appointments will lead to a reduction in backlogged cases and inadequate numbers of jurists,
