Patient restrained in the nude at GPH emergency unit

Persons seeking treatment at the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH) Accident and Emergency Unit were Saturday morning outraged as they were greeted by the sight of a nude man strapped to a stretcher.

The man, believed to be a mentally unstable patient, was pulled from the gutter in front of the hospital and retrained with cement slings to the stretcher for a considerable amount of time before he was finally covered.
