Two fishermen have been reported missing after armed pirates terrorized and attacked them on Monday on the Corentyne, shooting a captain and forcing him and his crew members to jump overboard.
A search has been launched for the captain, Ramkissoon Sukhan, 53, called ‘Greenie’ of Lusignan, East Coast Demerara who reportedly sustained a gunshot wound to his right hand and for a young fisherman, Andrew, said to be around “17 or 18-years-old.”
