Police yesterday released businessman Paul Daby Snr without charge, several hours before scheduled Habeas Corpus proceedings were called in the High Court.
Daby’s attorney Mark Waldron confirmed yesterday that sometime around 9 am, he received a telephone call from a member of the Chambers of the Attorney General advising that his client had been released. The businessman was released without having to post bail.
