The Judicial Service Com-mission (JSC) is not a properly constituted body as two members who had vacated their posts have not been replaced, Alliance For Change (AFC) Chairman Nigel Hughes says while noting that in spite of this High Court judges are still being appointed.
Hughes, while making it clear that he is not criticising the three judges who were appointed last month, stated that there are many qualified persons who have applied over the years and are yet to be told about the status of their applications
