One person is still in police custody over the murder of Rose Hall Town teenager Ajai Cecil Sookhoo.
According to the deceased’s father Chanderbose Sookhoo, a post-mortem examination is expected to be performed this morning at the New Amsterdam public hospital. The father had also said that about four months ago his son was threatened by the prime suspect that he would kill him. The threat was made to Ajai Cecil Sookhoo after he had approached the man and asked why he had chopped a younger relative.
Stabroek News also learnt that the prime suspect knows the family well and during his younger days he used to spend time with the family. The father added that
