Prime Minister Samuel Hinds on Saturday acknowledged the work of the late senior lecturer of the University of Guyana and former Commissioner of the Public Utilities Commission, John Caesar during his funeral service at the Lady of Fatima Church, Shiv Chanderpaul Drive.
According to the Government Information Agency, Hinds expressed condolences on behalf of himself, the Government and President Donald Ramotar to the relatives and friends of Caesar.
Caesar died two Saturdays at the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation at age 58. He was Ghanaian but had lived in Guyana for 20 years.
