Panwar Dass was placed on $600,000 bail yesterday at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court after he was charged with causing the death of cameraman Ronald Livingstone by dangerous driving.
Livingstone, a former National Communications Network (NCN) cameraman, died on Saturday night following a road accident at Ogle, East Coast Demerara.
