The Guyana Power and Light (GPL) is deploying four new feeders on the West Coast of Demerara which will improve electricity supply but there will be a number of outages to facilitate work.
GPL yesterday said that as a result of feeder work being done under the Infrastructure Development Project, residents between Versailles and Look Out will experience power outages. The first of these occurred on Sunday and GPL said it will notify residents in advance of these power cuts which should not exceed four in number.
