Two Colombian nationals who entered Guyana by sea illegally, were on Friday jailed, fined and ordered deported after they were arraigned before Magistrate Leron Daly at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
Facts stated that on October 23, in Essequibo, Linda Gomez and Yali Joanna, entered Guyana by sea and disembarked without the consent of an immigration official.
