A Port Kaituma man was yesterday fined a total of $28,000 after he pleaded guilty to drug possession and resisting a policeman.
Shawn Fraser pleaded guilty when the charges were read to him by Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry in Court 1 at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
