The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Venezuelan national Jose Ramon Valenzuela, 46 years, whose body was found on March 11, 2012, on a Sports Ground at Mabaruma, NWD.
Police say that a PME was done today by Dr. Nehaul Singh who gave the cause of death as Asphyxiation due to compression to the neck, compounded by blunt trauma to the head.
