A father of five accused of unlawfully assaulting his wife was granted bail in the sum of $10,000 and sent for counselling, when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry yesterday at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
The allegation against Mark Persaud, 32, is that on January 25 at Hadfield Street,
