Four persons were each placed on $60,000 bail yesterday on the charge that they maliciously damaged a car belonging to a civil engineer, who was himself put on bail for assault and threat charges.
It was alleged that on January 18, at Waterloo Street, Paula David, Taku Outar, Seekram Nanram and Mahendra Outar maliciously damaged a rear windshield, valued at $105,768, a rear-view mirror, valued at $14,463 and other items on the car,
