A young man was yesterday refused bail and sent for psychiatric evaluation after he was charged with wounding his stepfather and assaulting his mother.
It is alleged that on January 31, at East Ruimveldt, Junior George unlawfully and maliciously wounded Jacob Greaves. He was also charged with unlawfully assaulting his mother Pauline Greaves on the same day.
The young man, who was unrepresented by counsel, pleaded guilty but a not guilty plea was recorded
