Rain brings premature end to practice match

Persistent rainfall yesterday forced an early end to the three-day warm up match at the Everest Cricket Club ground between Guyana and a team comprised of players on the reserve list. The Guyana team narrowly secured first innings honours on day two before extending the lead by the end of the day.
