The third man who was fatally shot during an armed confrontation with the police yesterday February 06, 2013, in Prashad Nagar, Georgetown, has been identified as Quincy Alexander called ‘Mac’, 32 years, of Meadowbrook Gardens, Georgetown, police said today.
