The Tourism Ministry is hosting a pre-Mash street jam -“Masharama” on the eve of the Republic anniversary (February 22, 2013), under the theme of “Rediscovering Home – Celebrating our Diversity.” Acting Tourism Minister Irfaan Ali explained that the event was conceptualized as part of the plan to attract more persons for the upcoming Mashramani celebrations and to magnify the significance of the occasion, a release from the ministry said.
