Seon Scott, the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) linesman who sustained severe electrical burns after being struck by a live wire on the job, succumbed yesterday in the Intensive Care Unit of the Georgetown Public Hospital (GPH).
Scott, 19, of Limlair Village, Corentyne, Berbice, died sometime around noon. He had been a patient on life support.
His death came a week after the accident at Bath Settlement,
