A taxi driver accused of assaulting a woman was on Friday placed on self bail when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court to answer to a charge of unlawful assault.
It is alleged that on February 14, at Vlissengen Road, Timothy Vantull unlawfully assaulted Tricia Joseph.
