Seventy-four-year-old Sydney Kingston has regained consciousness after an accident on Tuesday while another pedestrian, Kurtis George, 30, remains unconscious in the Georgetown Public Hospital.
An eyewitness related that Kingston was about to cross the road on the pedestrian crossing in the vicinity of the East La Penitence police station, when the blue minibus which was allegedly speeding,
