A man who was allegedly found with an illegal gun and matching ammunition was yesterday remanded to prison.
The Georgetown Magistrates’ Court heard that Shevon Rodriguez on March 8, at Albouystown, had a .38 Taurus revolver with five matching rounds in his possession without being the holder of a firearm licence.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition
