A policeman was yesterday released on $125,000 bail on a charge of causing death by dangerous driving in relation to an accident at Linden in January.
It is alleged that on January 16, at Amelia’s Ward Public Road, in Linden, Terry Easton, 21, drove motor car PMM 1502, in a manner dangerous to the public, causing the death of 13-year-old Seon Messiah Clement.
Easton pleaded not guilty to the charge when it was read to him by Magistrate Sueanna Lovell at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
